Tile floor covering clean up is a snap. Simply damp mop the flooring at least one time per week (more often for heavy traffic areas). A mixture of 1 cup of white vinegar to 2 gallons of clean tap water works best. Never use a detergent or soap, because it can dull the surface or promote the growth of mildew. Caution should be taken with newly installed tile floors that require a drying time of at least 72 hours before damp mopping.
