I love my new wood floors! David my sales person really helped me a lot through out the entire process and was very patient with me as I figured out the right wood flooring. We have been in our home 18 years and have only use ICC Flooring because we trust them.
I was really disappointed in my experience with ICC Flooring. They are a well-known name, but unfortunately did not live up to expectations.
The most frustrating part of the process was our salesperson, Dwayne, whose lack of initiative, communication, and timeliness created issues from the start. We waited weeks for a sample that never arrived. It took multiple follow-ups to get any response, and in the end it was clear the request had been forgotten, without any acknowledgment or apology for the delay.
Once we finally received the sample and decided to move forward, communication did not improve. It took several attempts just to understand the next steps for ordering or receive and response at all. After someone came out to measure, the process was very transactional essentially “pay this bill” with little guidance on what would happen next. Even after payment, I struggled to get a response about scheduling installation.
Things only went downhill from there. The wrong flooring was initially delivered and wasn’t discovered until the installers arrived, forcing us to wait for a new shipment and reschedule the install entirely.
While the installers themselves were friendly enough, the quality of the work was average at best. There are several cuts that don’t make sense, some pieces of wood were already damaged, and the shoe molding was poorly cut/installed and does not line up properly. When I asked about it, I was told we need to caulk it ourselves and they don’t have any caulk on the truck. Then they just left.
To top it off, there was no follow-up after the installation to check on the work or our satisfaction.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The only reason we didn’t walk away earlier was because ICC carried the product that matched our existing floor which we needed. Otherwise, I would have taken my business elsewhere.

5 Stars all the way! We decided to replace all carpeting in our home. We had a mixture of both carpet and LVP flooring. We called ICC in hopes of matching our current LVP. We were fortunate enough to have David Robertson as our sales representative. He was absolutely wonderful! So helpful and so very kind. He made the process so easy! He was able to match the flooring. He sent their team out and they had it installed in no time. They did an excellent job from start to finish! Highly recommended.
I thought coming here would be a good experience and I would be treated right. I sing found that my salesman was trying to overcharge me for the flooring I needed by over $200. I’m glad I looked around for a second opinion and found a company that wasn’t out for just taking my money to put in their pocket by being greedy and deceitful. I have nothing good to say about this company.
I can’t say enough great things about ICC Custom Floors. From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing—hardworking, dedicated, and truly passionate about what they do. You can always go to big places like Home Depot or Menards, but I believe in supporting small businesses, and this team proved exactly why.

My sales rep was Justin and he has been great to work with. In a previous house, we had completed a full house remodel and used a local (to that area) flooring company where the owner actually did some of the install. Our experience there had been great but we now live elsewhere and local mom & pop shops like that don't seem to exist in this area. I had visited a few other flooring stores looking for carpet - both for the children's rooms & for the patio room. I met a LOT of unkind, unhelpful people in the process. I asked around and a few others mentioned good experiences at ICC (but said to pay attention during install). Through connections I was put in contact with Justin. Very easy going. No pressure. Invited questions and being patient as I asked all of the things. I also encountered Elizabeth on the phone. She was kind & efficient. I also met another gentleman in store, I think his name was Alex, who helped out one day when I popped in and Justin wasn't around. He was very helpful in sharing realistic expectations about various carpets. The gentleman who came to measure for our project communicated well, asked if he could arrive early, measured, was polite, and did not smell (laugh, but I don't want an ashtray measuring for my carpet) so that first impression on site was nice. Honestly, it felt like everyone was pretty excited to see your project and how it was going to all come together.

I did message Justin with a touch of concern and he was able to sort things out.
I agree with other reviews that the sales process is informative, low pressure, and kind/respectful. I also agree that the install process does not meet the same level of quality as the sales process, but I knew that from my connections so my expectations were tempered. So far we have no issues with what has been installed, though. A great way to improve the process would be to a) make sure someone who communicates well is on site for the project to begin and b) schedule a final walk through to ensure the project meets expectations to bring things full circle.
